As advised by the Joint Liquidators on previous occasions, all eligible creditors yet to be paid in the first distribution will be receiving a cheque for their 1% distribution amount.
Unless advised otherwise, all eligible creditors will be receiving a cheque in this way. The cheques will be processed on the following basis:
• Due to the number of eligible creditors, cheques will be processed in batches, meaning that creditors will not all receive cheques during the same time period.
• Cheques will be mailed to the addresses provided by creditors on their claim forms.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Cheques will be made out to the name of the account holder (or registered beneficiaries if the account holder is deceased). Only the persons named on the cheques can deposit the cheques in a bank account in their own name. Cheques are not transferrable to other individuals.
